Today was the first day on the job. So I can only rate 1/3 of the job done. But I have to comment early how we are so impressed by the care he takes in the detail. He is just focused and unstoppable -- worked straight through from 10am to 5pm...What I love most besides the meticulous job James is doing, is the fact that he seems to be paining his own house by the way he goes back over his work to look for flaws, etc. it's exactly what I was hoping for -- our basement looks amazing...and it's not even an impressive house but he is treating it like it is!! James the CEO wrote up a contract that was slightly different than the previous contracts both my wife and myself were used to. We, my wife and I had to pay NOTHING down, and at the end of the contract it stated... My wife and I had to pay nothing until we were COMPLETELY satisfied.

Sounds too good to be true right... So after a short period of time when the job was completed, my wife and I did a walk-through the property and noticed some slight either changes or modifications that needed to be make and were COMPLETELY satisfied.
